All items are warrantied on a RTB (Return to base) basis.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or a refund minus the original shipping charges.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period, it must be returned to the seller for inspection before any action can be taken.
If it is a genuine defect, the product will either be:
a: Refunded or replaced if the fault occurs within the first 30 days after purchase.
b: Repaired or replaced if after 30 days and before the end of the guarantee term.
The customer will be responsible for returning the item to the place of purchase.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to organise a replacement.
Please provide a clear description and photo of the damage.

Damaged goods can only be returned for a repair or replacement, and can not be returned for a refund
Damaged goods can be swapped for another item of equal/lesser value
Some issues are easily repaired. In these cases we will offer a partial credit for you to take the item to a local repairer.
How to make a return
If you need to return your goods for whatever reason please either call or email us, stating your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
All items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.

Please note that returns we receive without prior notification will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Dyson Doctor will pay for shipping of repaired or replaced items.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
