So what is a Which? Trusted Trader?
A Which? Trusted Trader is a UK business that has been through a series of rigorous checks from Which?. The reason for this is to ensure they only meet the highest standards of product quality and customer service. This is why it is hard for a business to win the coveted “Trusted Trader” certification. Dyson Doctor are proud to be holders of this badge which we keep by maintaining the highest standards of service. But let’s find out a bit more about the background of Which?.
Who are Which?
Back in 1957, a small group of people wanted to improve things for consumers. To do this, they founded a group that tested popular products for certain criteria and then published the results publicly. On top of this, they also started campaigning for companies to change practices that were unsafe or designed to take advantage of consumers.
Now, 61 years later, they are at the forefront of consumer advice and protection. They champion many areas such as electronics, home products, financial products, cars and holidays to name but a few. They are totally committed to providing unbiased information to consumers to help them make an informed decision about any purchases they are planning.
As part of this commitment, they created the Which? Trusted Traders Scheme to validate and endorse the companies offering only the highest quality products and services.
They operate all over the UK and endorse traders in the consumer home improvement, private motor servicing and repairs industries. Every business that applies is assessed by an experienced trading standard professional who makes sure they meet their high standards. Once they have attained this status, they will be awarded the Which? Trusted Trader badge which will be displayed on their business documents, website and signage. It looks like this:
